In practice that trail lived on paper forms, phone notes and a camera roll, then got reassembled into a report at the kitchen table at night.
Thin documentation isn't a clerical problem — it's why claims get reduced. Yet the platforms that handle drying logs well are water-first, ignore radon entirely, and start around $250–$500/mo with per-seat pricing on top. A three-truck operation was priced out of the exact tooling that protects its claims.
